Senior Director of Development
General Statement of Responsibility:
The Senior Director of Development advocates for child survivors of human trafficking, raises funds, enhances donor relations, and promotes Blanket Fort Hope’s mission. The position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to develop and implement well-defined fundraising and marketing strategies for the organization's financial success. The AO is responsible for working alongside the CEO to build and maintain public visibility and the positive reputation of Blanket Fort Hope. The position is responsible for planning and implementing strategies and actions to develop and sustain positive public awareness of the organization and its programs and activities through media outlets, networking, and public speaking. The AO is responsible for working alongside the CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising program that includes special events, donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, and special campaigns.
