Junior Board

Young professionals who have a desire to help child trafficking survivors.

The Blanket Fort Hope Junior Board is an all-volunteer board comprised of enthusiastic, young professionals, ages 25 – 40, dedicated to extending our mission across Alabama through community fundraising and advocacy.

We want our Junior Board to be made of young professionals ready to live our mission for God and serve the child trafficking survivors we support.

Be an active, contributing member of the Junior Board.

Foster a creative, teammate-driven attitude of cooperation.

Bear the fruits of the Spirit in building and maintaining relationships with board members, staff, volunteers, and the community.

Attend at least 10 regularly scheduled meetings per year.

Be present and ready to contribute to the board meetings, share ideas, and bringing the board handbook to each meeting.

Sit on one of the fundraising committees responsible for planning and executing action plans that contribute to the Board’s fundraising goal.

Help organize and volunteer two Blanket Fort Hope events.

Conduct two “mission moment” update presentations.

Understand and fully invest in the fundraising impact of the Junior Board.

Recruit prospective Junior Board members who can make an immediate impact towards Blanket Fort Hope’s goals.

Utilize existing contacts and recruit new networks to generate financial and in-kind contributions, new event sponsors, and individuals to participate in events.

Personally contribute $1000 as a commitment towards the mission of Blanket Fort Hope.
