Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Sophie Moreno is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a passion for working with children of all ages, especially children who have survived human trafficking and child abuse. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Montevallo and a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University.
She has experience teaching children with special needs, working with children and families in a hospital setting, and counseling children in the school system and working with runaway and homeless youth, as well as youth who have been involved with the juvenile court system.
As someone who has always loved working with children, youth, and families, Sophie is excited to bring her skills and experience to Blanket Fort Hope as the social worker for the Restoration Home and hopes to empower, encourage, and create a safe space for everyone she serves.
